Peking, September 14, 1908. IN connection with the International Opium Commission, which is to commence its sittings at Shanghae on the 1st January, 1909, I have the honour to request that I may be furnished with copies of any Acts or Regulations governing the import of opium into the United Kingdom, its sale therein, the manufacture and sale of morphia and other derivatives of opium, and the export of these derivatives to foreign countries.
